The Mount Arrowsmith Biosphere Region Research Institute (MABRRI) – a research institute and entity of Vancouver Island University (VIU) - is seeking the expertise and support of the VIU scientific community in strategic roles as we expand our institute’s operational structure.
We are currently seeking expressions of interest for the following Committee Lead positions as members of the MABRRI Scientific Steering Committee (SSC):
- Committee Lead – Conservation of Biodiversity
Committee Lead positions are VIU Faculty positions that strategically advise on application, methodology, and information dissemination within MABRRI Research Priority Areas (Conservation of Biodiversity, Sustainable Development, Engagement and Education, Climate Action, and Reconciliation). Committee Leads will be appointed to the MABRRI SSC along with the MABRRI Executive Team and one MABRRI Assistant Manager.
