Led by Nicole Bennett from the Faculty of Management. A research project is similar to a business project in that they both have specific objectives, partners, risks, resources, a schedule, and budget that need to be adhered to. Applying project management principles to research will give researchers the tools and techniques to complete their research in a timely and methodical manner and will allow the researcher to have a gauge to know where they are at in their plan. |
