Thank you for submitting your scores for the 2021 3MT. Please just work your way down the form as each student presents. Refer to the 3MT VIU Judging Sheet you were provided when determining scores. You are invited to include comments, although they are not necessary. These will be passed along to the student to help them grow their presentation skillset. When all the fields are completed for each presenter you will submit your form. Your participation in VIU's 2021 Three-Minute Thesis is very much appreciated. Archaeologist Patty Wells brings a personal perspective to a discussion of knowledge mobilization in her academia and public life. She will present a brief journey through the forces in academia that influenced how she learned to communicate and listen in order to better understand how peoples lived in the past. It is her hope that this historical perspective will show students in the early years of their academic careers that the knowledge they communicate will have been shaped by traditions that both limit and expand understanding. |

Covid-19 has impacted the ability of VIU faculty and students to engage in scholarship, research and creative activity. Join this town hall with staff from the SRCA Office to share how your scholarship, research and creative activity has been impacted as well as providing ideas/suggestions on how what will help you to resume activity over the next year. For those who are unable to attend the Town Hall, we will also provide an opportunity to provide feedback via an online survey. |
